I don't understand why my understanding of what kind of problem...

I don't understand why my understanding of what kind of problem we are in (targeted individuals and the public) causes dissatisfaction and anger in many targeted individuals.

First, we need to understand exactly what kind of problem we are in. Only then can we decide what to do.

Can we go to the police station, the court, the Human Rights Commission and file a complaint? No, we can't. We don't have the evidence.

Is it possible for all the targeted individuals in India to fight together? Who can unite all the targeted individuals? How to identify the targeted individuals? How to deal with the economic problem?

So, for now, we have to find out what possibilities there are for living within our borders.

There are two things. Preventing before they happen and solving after they happen. Is there a possibility to prevent problems before they happen? Is there a possibility to solve problems after they happen?
