Most targeted individuals say that the main thing that defines them as targeted individuals is that the perpetrator (through technology) is mentally and physically harassing them. That is not true. Perpetrators (through technology) will mentally and physically harass anyone (when necessary). The fact that internal privacy has been released to the public's cell phones is a key characteristic of targeted individuals. How the perpetrators mentally and physically harass is not the characteristic of targeted individuals. Most targeted individuals confuse these two things.
