The human mind works like this...
If a person notices a particular thing, that is, if that particular thing comes within the scope of his attention... 1. That thing must be in his favor or become in his favor. 2. Or that thing must be within his control. 3. Or that thing must completely go out of his scope. 4. Or that thing must completely turn against him (in case that thing will definitely fail him). 5. Or he must go out of the scope of that thing (in case that if he collide with that thing, he will definitely fail).
This is what happens when the privacy (internal) of the targeted individual comes within the scope of the attention of the public (each person). This is what happens when the internal and external privacy of the targeted individual and the public come within the scope of the attention of the perpetrators.
Let's leave the perpetrators. Is this a faceable or manageable problem for the targeted individual and the public? Which one? The 5 factors mentioned above? Yes, it is definitely a faceable, manageable problem. But if there is excessive stress, then of course these 5 factors will not be so easily faceable and manageable. That is, it will not be so easy.
What does it mean to be manageable? To move on a track that everyone can accept, everyone can agree with, everyone can be willing to follow.
