When a targeted individual goes to see a prospective bride for marriage, when the marriage is arranged, when the marriage takes place, and after the marriage, will the targeted individual's internal privacy be circulated to the cell phones of his wife, his wife's parents, his wife's siblings, uncles, and his wife's friends? Yes. And then permanently? Yes.

Will a targeted individual's internal privacy be circulated to his wife's cell phone? Yes. Permanently? Yes.

Will a targeted individual's internal privacy be circulated to the cell phones of his parents, his siblings, and his relatives? Yes. And then permanently? Yes.

If a targeted individual goes to file a complaint with the police, will his internal privacy be circulated to the cell phones of everyone working in the police department? Yes. And then permanently? Yes.

If a targeted individual files a case in court, will the targeted individual's internal privacy be circulated to the cell phones of the judge and lawyers (however many there are) in that court? Yes. And then permanently? Yes.

If a targeted individual goes to file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission, will his internal privacy be circulated to everyone working in the Human Rights Commission? Yes. And then permanently? Yes.

Will anyone from these five categories or the general public inform the targeted individual that their internal privacy has been circulated to everyone's cell phones? They will not.
